I am a professional Chef with 20 years of International experiences. I have worked as a Junior Chef in Swiss hotels. I learned to cook from innovative Chefs in restaurants from Amsterdam and The Hague. I have worked as a Private chef for luxury and high end chalets in Switzerland, France and Austria. In Costa Rica I created a 6 course menu every day for a boutique hotel in the Jungle. Since 5 years I work in the Algarve and I have started my own catering company.
