Creativity and an open mind are at the core of my approach to cooking. I deeply respect culinary traditions but also seek out innovative techniques and bold new flavors to push the boundaries. My influences span across Italian, Spanish, French, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese kitchens, blending traditional methods with fresh, modern ideas.

I am a passionate chef with over a decade of experience working in a wide range of kitchens. Over the years, especially in the last two as a freelance chef, I’ve had the opportunity to work in nearly 100 different restaurants, gaining invaluable experience and refining my own unique style.
