Excellency gives joy

My cooking style has always been taking from the kind of dish to be prepared at a time; basically, it has been continental, Lebanese dishes, and a few Nigeria's dishes. I love plating my dish for better appetize; and I do all kinds of salad, small chops, barbecues, pizza, sandwiches I love to take my time to make sure every dish prepared by me is excellent. I go for nothing less than excellence.

My experience in the kitchen has been awesome, I have in years now develop more skills and knowledge for culinary. The zeal and passion to continue in the profession are exceptional to me. I love an excellent job and always work towards excellence.
