Before this I have worked in several hotels, resorts and restaurants. The last time I worked as a head chef in one of the best hotels in Bahrain ( Asian - Malaysian & Korean cuisine). Now I am a Malaysian Celebrity Chef, TV Host, Recipe Book Writer, Cooking Magazine Writer and Food Product Ambassador. I'm already have 11 titles of my own recipe book that market in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia.
