Two of my absolute favorite foods are Cajun and Indonesian, and my specialty is soups and stews. Living here in Tequisquiapan with hundreds of hectares of fresh produce is heaven in the kitchen

Born in the Netherlands I have traveled to 35 countries to discover their food and culture and wrote 3 cookbooks: Amazing 7 Minute Meals: food prepared in a wok (fast and healthy) Say Cheese: recipes with Dutch cheese and Just Try Fish. I worked at the QVC TV kitchen for a few years while going to chef's school (Art Institute of Philadelphia) and now living in Tequisquiapan cooking at the ranch for trail rides, catering and events.
