I am Andrea, since I was a child I have always had a great passion for cooking! I grew up in the middle of nature between my grandfather's vegetable garden and my mother's homemade bread! I decided to follow my passion by travelling around Italy and working in many restaurants from north to south. Starting in simple trattorias I gained experience and better and better techniques until I got to work in the starred restaurant Bros where I spent two years as a sous chef. Till 2 years i moved to Formentera and Mallorca in Spain to put my knowledge and passion at the service of guests in order to have a closer contact with the customer and share unique experiences together. Now I’m in San Miguel de Allende to put my Mediterranean experience at the service of our guests and offer them a unique experience :)
