have been cooking my whole life near the ocean and travelling from coastal town to coastal town to learn about their local cuisine. I have a passion to learn and the experience to display that passion on the plate.

I have been working professionally in restaurants and homes for over 10 years now; from a family owned seafood restaurant in Alaska to a Michelin restaurant on the coast of Italy. Although I specialize in seafood I have experience learning various different cuisines in each restaurant I have worked in.
