I'm a professional Chef, Member of the French Culinary Academy, and Maitre Cuisinier de France with 30 years of experience behind me in the luxury sector of the industry. 5-stars hotels, 2 and 3 Michelin stars restaurants were my universe for the last 3 decades.
Working around the globe, I have learned diverse cuisines. I have been inspired by passionate local producers and incredible gourmet people all around the planet. Master Chefs have been incredible guides to my career.
Under their influence, I have developed a variety of techniques such as juicing, pickling, smoking, and preserving, to create dishes that now brings intense flavors and innovation to my recipes.
