I am an advanced Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management awarded by William Angliss Australia. I have also represented Sri Lanka at Young Chef Olympiad in the year 2017 and was placed 9th out of 50 participating nations.

Incredible Food and a Wonderful Chef
We had such an amazing evening with Chef Aldrin. Every dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The printed menus for each guest and the little love heart dishes were such thoughtful touches that made the evening feel extra special. Aldrin was professional yet so friendly, making the whole experience truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommend and can’t wait to book again!
