I have worked in the hospitality industry as a Chef for over twenty years now. Gathering various different culinary influences from different cultures, I have enriched my personal knowledge. Creating my own as I call it neutral simple style. For me, it means that with certainty after so many different experiences, simple with knowledge and love is the best. When you love what you do and you are determined enough success is guaranteed.
