My cuisine is based on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients: it’s simple and deeply rooted in Italian tradition - with some exceptions - and adding a more modern interpretation. My food gas strong Neapolitan and Roman accents, but also includes classic Italian recipes from North to South: I’m very passionate about sharing my Italian heritage.
I was born near the Amalfi Coast but I live in Rome. I learned to cook at home: my first teachers were my grandfather- who was a passionate cook and pastry chef - and my mother. I have worked in several restaurants and I run my own bistro: six years ago I started working as a personal chef, between Tuscany, Rome and Amalfi Coast.
The BEST Italian food experience I’ve ever had in my life! I wish I could hire Chef Nora to cook for me every day. I miss her incredible food and sweet presence at dinner time. Not only did I get to enjoy exquisitely prepared Italian food for the week, she has also become a lifelong friend!! I was honored to learn how to prepare some of her delicious recipes and cannot wait for her to put out a cookbook!! This is an amazing woman, chef extraordinaire and sweet soul. If you want to impress your guests, look no further. Worth every second!!
