My journey started 20 years ago when i first move to London to join one the best italian restaurant in town named AL DUCA .from there “i ve traveld the world and seven seas “ working on luxury cruise ship, michelin star restaurants in france and then back to my home country..ITALY..where i now run my own kitchen and private catering business.I can space from italian to american-french cousine and take you to the best spot on the garda lake !..oh last but not least i also speak fluent french.
