My name is Luca and I am a professional chef, owner of my own Personal Chef firm (for services related to personal chef, banqueting and catering for private or companies events and ceremonies). Before starting my own business, I have been working as commis and assistant chef in the famous “Seta” restaurant at Mandarin Oriental in Milan (two Michelin stars) and, among the others, as an assistant chef in Trattoria Trippa in Milan (awarded best typical Italian restaurant by Gambero Rosso).
