Italians love pasta! With great care I kneaded water and ﬂour or eggs and ﬂour into a smooth dough that transforms into traditional home made pasta or tasty fresh stuffed pasta.
Since 2002 I’ve been preparing authentic, Italian food of the ﬁnest quality in Italy and internationally, mainly in Australia and Spain, working alongside talented chefs who have helped me produce the ﬁnest ﬂavours, always. This is a challenge which thrills me and continuosly opens my horizon.
