Hi there I'm chef Mark and welcome to my miummium page. I believe in the simplicity in cooking, in good presentation of the dish, in the freshness of the ingredients and in the aroma and flavor. I'm a chef for over 30 years. I graduated from (IPAS) State Hotel Institute of Pescara. I worked and learned the art of cooking while traveling the world. Between Italy, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, New Orleans (Louisiana) and many other places. I am bilingual in English and Italian.
