My cooking style is a mix of Continental cuisines and techniques. I like to experiment with new flavors and textures, and I'm always looking for ways to improve my skills. I'm also a big fan of using fresh, seasonal ingredients. I'm creating many recipes of pizza base, Homemade pasta, Salad, Toast, Sharing plates, and breakfast.

Have more than 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. I was starting from Tonino cafe which is very popular for Italian cuisine. Now I serving as a head chef at Le Cantine.
