I started out cooking with my grandmother at a very young age. Since I have been old enough to work, I have always worked in hospitality. The secret to me is Using whole foods that are healthy and grown right to create the most flavourful dishes. To me, cooking is the perfect combination of art and science. That is what has always drawn me towards it, and I try to take the scientific approach to combining flavours and textures in new dishes.

I am a self-taught chef working in the restaurant industry since I was 16. My passion for cooking is insatiable. I am always trying different combinations and styles. From Italian pasta to sushi to freshly baked pastries, my strengths are multipurpose. My dream is to work as a chef aboard a super yacht, the ultimate in private dining.
