I'm a classical chef, I learn from the old chefs. I have cooked Spanish, Italian and Irish and at all kind of events and places. Restaurants, catering, buffets, 5 star hotels and casual dining

After 20 years working as a chef I have acquired loads of secret recepies and tricks that make me confident in delivering high class menus and authentic Spanish food. After 13 years in Ireland, I have also worked with french, Italian and modern Irish cuisine. Please let me entertain your taste buds!
