I am strong in Italian, French and Asian modern cuisine. I offer a fine dining experience.

Most of my work experience was acquired from training with various chefs in different star hotels in Singapore, Dubai and the Maldives. I have an exceptional record of service and international experience, such noted at Intercontinental and Jumeirah International, Kempinski Hotel and Shangri-la Hotel. I actively participate local and international cooking competitions and have gained some gold and bronze medals during my time in Dubai. Serving with the hearth is my creedo.
