Hi there! Just back from an intense and formative experience in Asia, I have been passionate about working in the F&B industry for over 20 years. I started ’from a very young age in the kitchen of my family restaurant in the north of Italy, following the Villa D’este hotel on Lake Como. I was working in Switzerland, England, Spain and Asia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and Japan. In that way I learned to value the ingredients to the maximum and refine the techniques to be able to take a 360 degree sensory experience with love and passion.
