I was born in Crete and grew up in a family of farmers. Inspired by his grandmother and mother as traditional cookers and his father who was a farmer himself, started his dream to become a Chef. Having the knowledge of the land’s products, made him be more respectful and always searching the best raw materials. Combing with his studies in culinary arts he managed to start working for many prestigious kitchens and to launch his knowledge & love for food with his wonderful and unique recipes! Our aim is to share this story with all our customers in every corner on earth and make them travel with our tastes & create luscious memories! I am a professional chef with 13 years experience in the culinary world.I studied at the Chef d oeuvre in Athens. I have worked 7 years in Chania, after 2 years in Athens for the Alatsi restaurant with the chef Koskina and for the Balthazar restaurant with the chef Peskia!To be continue 1 year the restaurant in Mykonos Jackie'O .After i was Private chef for 3 months in Manhattan, do consulting in Prague,Stuttgart,Chania!Now i and my partners we are all the Europe.Especially in the summer we are Mykonos,Ibiza,Monaco and the winter we are London,Zurich,Dubai
