After many years of traveling and experience as a personal chef for VIP people, or in hotels, fine dining restaurants and catering companies, I gained a lot of influences through my travels to Mexico, Mediterranean & Scandinavian countries, and became a representative of the Greek Chef Club in Sweden. I worked at many different places like high volume restaurants, 5 star hotels, a pre-opening team in a worldwide hotel, food consulting in food companies, hotels and restaurants, work for NBC channel during the Olympic Games in Athens and Torino and many more. I travelled in many fancy places like New York, Washington DC, Mykonos, Cancun Mexico, Italian Alps and worked with many chefs. I collect all the regions' recipes and make my own “fusion” Greek recipes, well known for their simplicity, healthiness and tasteful plates. I like to work with first quality products by cooking simple but with a lot of love, respect and imagination that each ingredient needs. As our job demands I can work under pressure or time deadlines, without affecting my job.
