After a few years with a career in the media and music industry, I decided to change path and follow my true passion so I went to Gambero Rosso culinary institute in Rome in 2011 and since then I have been working as a professional cook mainly as a private chef for VIP clients in villas and sailing yachts. I speak fluent Greek, English, Spanish and intermediate Italian.
