My knowledge is wide, I can cook many different kinds of ethnic cuisines but my bases are from the French cuisine. I can cook from breads & desserts to any other section of hot and cold cuisine.
More than 15 years of experience ranging from fine dine restaurants to private cheffing. I'm a very passionate and creative cook. I believe cooking is a lifestyle, not just a job because to survive in this industry a chef needs to live for this job and always focus on a larger target than his previous one. Since the beginning of my career, my aim was to work on the highest level restaurants in Greece, restaurants with michelin stars and top restaurants of my country. I strongly believe that a chef needs to have a variety of experience in his cv.
