While I will only deal in vegan ingredients, my repertoire can be adapted to many different cultures and cuisines. I have taken the time to perfect individual Italian, Thai, Korean, Indian and Mexican dishes - although I will try my hand at anything.
As someone who has been fascinated by food and the eating experience I have made it my mission to understand as many different styles of cooking and eating as I can. I have taken courses at the world famous Demuths vegetarian and vegan cookery school and have provided vegan food for pubs in the area. This is my next step and I am truly excited to share my food with the world!
