I enjoy creating both complex plated desserts and more simple home made baking. I have experience from working in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant for a year, as well as working on wedding and banqueting services. I enjoy using fresh seasonal produce to make interesting and visually exciting dishes!
I am a student currently working towards a degree in Culinary Arts Management. I completed a years placement in Ireland last year as part of my degree working predominantly in pastry. This is where my passion lies.
