My passion for cooking led me to pursue a degree in Food Chemistry. I have 10+ years of experience in different types and styles of cuisine from traditional to new modern and molecular. Accrued in high-profile Michelin star restaurants in Italy, in the UK and in personal studies. I am currently working as Chef at The Fat Duck (3 Michelin star and 5AA rosettes restaurant).
