I would describe it as a fusion between classic and modern. I love the classic flavours that bring back early memories, but I present them as somethings new with modern techniques.

I'm a very passionate and creative chef who works best under pressure, I am very open minded and love working within a team and helping others with their own professional growth. I'm a hard worker, i'm very focused on my job and i'm always looking forward to creating something new or discovering new techniques and ideas. I was born in Italy where at an early age I started helping my mom bake cakes and cooking dinner, I think that's when I discovered the passion I have for cooking. I started working in the kitchen at the age of 15 while attending the catering school in my town, at the age of 18 I decided to leave my hometown and move to London, where I started to work in a small Italian restaurant and then I moved on to michelin starred restaurants to improve my skills and amplify my cooking knowledge.
