I would describe my cooking style as seasonal, fresh and vibrant with full flavours and a good knowledge of flavour pairings.

I have worked in all the aspects of the hospitality industry and I am quite confident running my own kitchen. I currently work as a chef at Doune Knoydart, but I previously owned my own small catering truck, which reached number one on trip advisor out of eleven other local restaurants. We served various local seafood and venison dishes with our venison burgers being our best seller.
