I am Chef Giovanni. I am multi-lingual, well-travelled and have a passion for making fine cuisine and delivering and exceptional culinary experience for guests. I strongly believe in my International background, extensive culinary skills and experience of living and working in many cultures and being exposed to multiple cultures and flavors makes my skills unique . I love to experiment with varied tastes and textures, however I remain faithful to the authentic Mediterranean traditional influence.

Internationally accomplished chef, with a passion for food, influenced by classic Mediterranean cuisine. Fluent in four languages, English, Spanish, Modern Greek and Italian. Most recently employed by a Royal Family (confidential) My polite and trustworthy nature, free- spirit and calm temperament along with excellent culinary skills and passion for food and presentation has allowed me the opportunity to travel the World with my employer.
