I like to cook a bit of everything. As a chef, you're always learning new and exciting ways of cooking and the areas where the dishes originate from. I am a big lover of meat so bbq is a big strength of mine. I also have a sweet tooth so I have a love for baking.

I have worked in a well established beach side cafe for over 2 years now gaining lots of experience and knowledge. It offers breakfast and lunch with a faster paced environment and at dinner it offers fine dining so I have experience in both types of cooking. I have worked in catering since I was 16 so I know all the aspects of working in a kitchen. My experience has given me a passion for what I do and also the importance of where you source the produce from.
