I have a strong passion for cooking love trying new things and am always up for a new challenge.

All types of cuisines I am up for a challenge and finds trying new things in the kitchen often work for me! My background is Jamaican and British so I enjoy experimenting with my heritage and everything I've learnt outside of it.

I have been cooking from the age of 15. At the age of 20 I studied and completed my NVQ level 2 in catering and food hygiene level 1. I am of mixed heritage so I like to cook all types including Jamaican, British, Mexican and Indian influenced dishes. I have worked as a chef in an Italian and Spanish reataurant and I have also worked for the harvester.
