Italian mainly. I love cooking certain pastas or pizzas specifically and I am very proud of what I cook. I'm not so into fine dining. I love cooking hearty meals which have lots of flavour.
I'm a qualified chef that has cooked in many restaurants in Australia, New Zealand and England. I have mainly worked in Italian restaurants cooking typical pizzas or pastas. I'm currently working as an accountant but would love to cook more in the evenings.
