Spontaneous yet refined. I may use a recipe, but add something special to every dish with a delicious and unique outcome every time. I wish to work closely with the client to come up with different and tailored menus and prices to ensure satisfaction.

I've been working in kitchens since the age of thirteen and I come from a family of Pedigree Chefs. I have worked with many styles of food ranging from American BBQ, British Fine Dining, Asian, French and much more.
