I was that kind of child that loved staying at home instead of playing football, so during my childhood, I spent every afternoon watching my mom and my grandmother cooking and stealing from them all the recipes and the tricks. I cooked side by side with them cleaning the bowl with my bare fingers and learning how to taste a sauce just by smelling it.
