I have been classically trained cooking British classics as well as French favourites. I can do fine dining food as well as homely hearty food. I enjoy cooking Italian pasta and risotto dishes as well as American BBQ food sub as pulled pork and brisket.

I have been a professional chef for around 10 years now working in two star aa rosette kitchens around the UK. I have also worked in kitchens as far away as Australia. I now run a private catering company offering event catering as well as private chef hire.
