I am an autodidact who grew up in a family hotel in Monaco. Passionate about cooking all backgrounds, I started my professional career by chance in Ibiza recommended by relations, then I worked there for many seasons for clients in holidays. Having myself lived in differents countries, my customers generally enjoy my culinary diversity and my linguistic and cultural mix.
