My experience is especially in Italian traditional cuisine but living abroad I understood some compromise that you need to accept to please everyone. I Specialise in pastry, Italian and French, with any kind of dessert. I've good knowledge in allergy or food intolerance.

I'm an Italian chef, I lived in Italy, Belgium, New Zealand and Australia. Now I live in Spain. I decided to retired from the restaurant, but I miss my job/passion and I'd like to continued to share my dish and what I learned in my chef life with others.
