Our cooking is rooted in Italian tradition, but driven by a modern and creative approach. We believe in respecting the identity of each ingredient while using contemporary techniques to create dishes that feel elegant, refined and memorable. Our style combines the simplicity and warmth of Italian cuisine with the precision, balance and attention to detail of modern fine dining. We are inspired by seasonality, regional Italian recipes and high-quality ingredients, while constantly exploring new combinations, textures and presentations. We like to keep our dishes clean and recognizable, allowing the ingredients to speak for themselves without unnecessary complexity. At the same time, we believe that great private dining should feel personal. Every menu can be adapted to the client, location, occasion and atmosphere, whether we are preparing an intimate dinner, a villa experience, a yacht event or a large private celebration. Our philosophy is simple: Italian soul, modern technique and a personal touch.

We are Alessandro and Vittorio, two Italian chefs based in Copenhagen, brought together by a shared passion for refined Italian cuisine, creativity and the world of private dining. Our backgrounds combine michelin star restaurant experience with private chef projects, international events and bespoke culinary experiences for private clients. Working across different countries and environments has taught us how to adapt our cuisine to each client, destination and occasion, while always maintaining the identity and quality of Italian cooking. From intimate private dinners to large events and villa experiences, we believe that being a private chef is about much more than preparing great food. It is about creating an experience — understanding the client, taking care of every detail and bringing the right balance between professionalism, creativity and hospitality.
