My name is Ondrej, I work as Headchef in big buzzing place in Prague, also run my own cooking classes, usually in English, where I teach people the beauty of Czech cuisine. I've been gathering experiences in many amazing places, some of theme awarded by Michelin guide. I love to cook pretty much everything from my local cuisine, Mexican street food to high end fine dining.

I've been working around the world in Michelin starred restaurants, learn from local people during my travels.
