A sublime melange of spice, flavours & textures spanning the Mediterranean, North Africa & Middle East to India, Persia & Thailand as well as Central & South America & the Caribbean, I source as much biodynamically sensitive, permaculture and organic produce as possible. Locally farmed and fished produce also contributes to local communities and economy. Raw & plant-based vegan & vegetarian dishes & workshops are ever more in demand in this place where Pure Life is more than just an 'expression'...it is the way of life that evokes gratitude for each day and shows in the longevity of Humans living in Blue Zones. I combine fabulous food & nutrition with adventure and connection with Nature and worthy abundance.

Launching his Private Chef services in the well-to-do suburb of West London’s Grove Park in 2010, Croz’ served private & corporate clients with a range of authentic world and fusion-food. In January 2011 he returned to his spiritual home, Costa Rica, and brought his talents & experience with him. A Nomad-Chef for many years in Europe, North Africa & Latin America, he travels the Pacific coast serving guests in luxury resorts, private villas & homes; as well as groups in wellness retreats and creating menus for his clients - often with specific dietary requirements. As well as the ‘omnivores’, vegans & vegetarians enjoy quality, variety, authenticity and sublime taste & textures from around the world. Since 2008, Croz’ has been discovering Costa Rica’s spice fincas, specialist growers & suppliers, to ensure his high standards for ‘taste authenticity’ and quality of ingredients meet the expectations of his clients.
