I cook from my heart, and because of this I cook with love and respect: for the produce, for the costumer, for the flavors, for my profession, for myself. This, more often than not, results in amazing food!
Experience
I didnt choose a culinary career but rather I surrender to it. After going through collegue and a very different career I went through an adventure that changed my life: working at Brandywine Restaurant in the BVI. As soon as I came back home I decided to go to culinary school and I graduated, with honors, from Instituto Politécnico de Costa Rica. Inmediately after finishing my formal studies I was given the position of executive chef at The Spot Brasilito. After year and a half I moved on to work as a pastry chef for celebrity Chef Jackie Salas and work as a private chef in my spare time on luxury condos.

Amazing chef!
Chef Dania was amazing! We had her come to our Airbnb for a birthday dinner for seven of us. One of us was vegan, otherwise no other dietary restrictions. Chef Dania was very communicative pre-booking, and on the day she arrived promptly with her assistant to get started. They were both very personable, respectful, clean, and knowledgeable. The menu she and I chose was absolutely delicious and I would definitely hire her again if I'm in the area.

Such an amazing experience!
Chef Dania was amazing! Her setup was beautiful! My friends and I had an all white dinner and the decor she was provided was an amazing touch. We had a 4 course meal, and each dish was fresh, delicious and still gave is an authentic experience with her own twist. Super friendly as well! When we return we will definitely book with this chef again!
