I cook from my heart, and because of this I cook with love and respect: for the produce, for the costumer, for the flavors, for my profession, for myself. This, more often than not, results in amazing food!
I didnt choose a culinary career but rather I surrender to it. After going through collegue and a very different career I went through an adventure that changed my life: working at Brandywine Restaurant in the BVI. As soon as I came back home I decided to go to culinary school and I graduated, with honors, from Instituto Politécnico de Costa Rica. Inmediately after finishing my formal studies I was given the position of executive chef at The Spot Brasilito. After year and a half I moved on to work as a pastry chef for celebrity Chef Jackie Salas and work as a private chef in my spare time on luxury condos.
