I actually came to the kitchen by chance (I studied graphic design) but from the moment I walked into a kitchen I knew what I wanted to do. My kitchen could not really define it because I love trying new things and I love experimenting, I do have principles of healthy cooking and treating each product with the respect it deserves. I am training day by day in vegetarian cooking and it is what I want to focus on in the near future. And well, if you would like to have a pleasant and different experience, I am your chef.
