I am immensely passionate about culinary arts and I put a huge emphasis on quality and presentation. My style of cooking is modern and inventive, I always like to add my signature touches to all my dishes while taking the request of my clients in consideration.

I am an experienced chef who has worked in opulent 5 star restaurants and hotels all around Europe. With over 18 years of experience in the catering industry I have been working for well recognised international companies such as Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn. In my most recent position at World Buffet I have been preparing over 80 different individual dishes and served hundreds of happy costumers daily.
