I like to surprise with a cuisine based on authentic products, typical, sophisticated, new, fusing the different flavors and textures. Cooking that enhance the flavours.

My love of food developed when I was a child, I felt the scent of freshly baked bread, the Sugo who cooked slowly and my grandfather who prepared fresh cheese Sheep in the awakening to mattino. I have been in the industry for 13 years, I made two reported Gastronomic Restaurants Guides and I worked in the restaurants and Hotels (4/5 stars).
