I make all kinds of cuisines that are beautifully plated. I tend to make healthy West Coast, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Asian even British. I would love to plan a menu, and discuss together.

With my passion for good food, global cuisines and becoming a yacht chef, I did a Yacht Charter chef cullinary program in Mallorca, Spain. I created many healthy, decadent dishes with fresh ingredients. We made international dishes with beautiful garnishings and oils.
