I cook intuitively using whatever ingredients inspire me. So my recipes vary according to the season and the day. I create meals based on what is at the market or in the kitchen. It varies. I am an Israeli chef with an influence of both Romanian and Iraqui cuisines.
I am passionate about food and our relationship to it. From planting seeds to creating recipes and serving delicious meals: I love it all! In 2004, I created an organic school lunch program supporting local farmers and the community. My next project was launching a superfood supplement. Although it was great fun to manufacture and distribute, years later I was back in the kitchen. My real passion is feeding people
