I have been working in various style of restaurants for the last 10 years, Being in fine dining for the last 7 years gives me an edge with attention to details and altering my menus around the guest need. I do private consulting for business launching a new menu which involves training the staff. My goal with Supper Club YVR is to turn your home into cities best restaurant but devoted to its only patrons, you and your guest. I take R&D trips often to come back with new inspirations and implement them to resources available to us in Vancouver. Working In various positions of the hospitality industry trained me on making your experience very personal and detailed, from our first chat to designing a menu according to your needs accompanied by any beverage service needed and engaging your guests throughout the night.
