I love to celebrate and showcase the bounty of amazing ingredients local farmers, purveyors, and Artisan suppliers that our beautiful Vancouver landscape has to offer. With seasonal availability always kept in mind I love to get creative and fuse different global cuisines together on one plate and in one taste with “Global Fusion” cuisine as my main culinary inspiration.

Over 20 years experience as a chef and 12 of those years as a personal chef. I was born in Vancouver and trained and worked here all my life. I am a culinary graduate from the Dubrulle Culinary School in Vancouver and have worked in many culinary capacities throughout my career.
