I bring 12 years of culinary experience to the comfort of you kitchen. I have been the chef du cuisine at some of Canadas best restaurants, Splendio and Piano Piano and most recently the Executive Chef of Soho House, a private members club located downtown Toronto. I am currently the Executive Chef of Vela Restaurant opening downtown Toronto in the near Future. I bring a level of professionalism and passion like no other, meeting and exceeding all expectations.
